In the Community

Iowa Student Loan's Community Services and Educational Research division provide value-added services for financial aid professionals as well as college, scholarship and other professional organizations. Its focus is on the enhancement of outcomes in the areas of research, project support, training and process improvement.

Community Services and Educational Research offers services to:

• College and university student service professionals in the areas of financial aid, student business services, enrollment management and Fiscal (Title IV) Operations.
  
  
• Professional organizations that deal with higher education financial assistance programs.
  
  
• Scholarship organizations seeking to increase higher education access to underrepresented populations.
