Billing Options

You will automatically receive monthly billing statements from Iowa Student Loan through the U.S. mail. Statements are mailed approximately 20 days before the due date.

You may elect to receive monthly Iowa Student Loan payment reminders via:

• U.S. mail
• Electronic mail (E-mail)

Payment Options

Repay your student loans through one of four options:

• Auto-Debit
• Monthly payments by mail
• Online payments
• Pay by phone

To make a payment using one of the options listed above, you'll need your Iowa Student Loan account number.

Your account number can be found on monthly billing and interest statements. Locate your account number.

If you do not receive a monthly statement, please contact customer service for assistance.
